The mechanic
Zilean's ultimate marks an ally for five seconds. If they take fatal damage while marked, they come back three seconds later with 600 to 1100 health. The mark only pays off if the ally keeps fighting instead of running.
Why it needs saying
A marked player who backs off by reflex cancels Zilean's strongest spell. They have to be told, before the fight, that their death is part of the plan.

what you type
you have my ult keep fighting
in full english
You have my ultimate, keep fighting.
the context
"keep fighting" is the opposite of the instinct. Marked, the ally comes back three seconds after dying with several hundred health. Running wastes the mark: it only lasts five seconds.

what you type
ult on you go
in full english
My ultimate is on you, go.
the context
"on you": the spell sits on the ally, not on Zilean. Whoever carries the mark can dive where nobody else can, because their death is not one.

Zilean's ultimate is on him, don't waste your burst.
the context
The mark shows above the champion. Killing a marked player brings him back three seconds later with several hundred health: switch targets for those five seconds, or keep the big spells for the second life.
